New Townhouse Showhome 2010

A new townhouse showhome will open at the Hungate Development in York on Saturday 18th January.  The first showhome on the development was so well received it was purchased at the end of last year.  "Showhomes tend to be very popular with visitors as it helps them visualise a completed home, so much so, people want to purchase them" comments sales and marketing director Martina Collins.  The new showhome will be southfacing and overlook the river foss.  The kitchen, familyroom and two bedrooms will overlook the manicured landscaped gardens.  For a preview appointment please contact the sales and marketing suite on 01904 676797
