BEECHWOOD POLL RATES SPACE AND LOCATION WINNERS

More than 60% of visitors at the launch of Beechwood, Crosby Lend Lease’s new development on Sandy Lane in Lymm, rated the spaciousness of the homes as the reason why they’d purchase a property there.  In addition almost 65% felt that the location was another winning feature.

At the launch, when asked her opinion of Beechwood, potential homebuyer Helen Martin from Warrington said, “Our family is growing so we’re looking for a home with more space and a community that offers lots of different things to do.  Beechwood certainly fits the bill on that score and offers a whole lot more too!”

In a poll conducted at the launch event, visitors overwhelmingly agreed that the homes at Beechwood offered ideal features such as large bedrooms and a high specification throughout, which combined with the beautiful setting would definitely make them move to this outstanding new Crosby Lend Lease development in Lymm.

The launch event held on Saturday, 31st January and Sunday, 1st February, attracted a significant number of homebuyers despite inclement weather.
